Founded in 1961 in Zola Predosa, an industrial area of Bologna, the company has always been characterized by its ambitious and concrete spirit, which has proven to be successful.

PROJECTS MADE TO MEASURE
The OMSI team of professionals with engineering backgrounds develops customised projects tailored to specific needs and undertakes collaborations with world-renowned design houses to guarantee products that are always in line with current regulations.
After studying the input data and sketching the product, we draw a 3D model and make a prototype to examine the design from a functional, technical and aesthetic point of view. Then we make the mould.
OMSI GREEN
Manufacturing environmentally sustainable, top-quality products has always been important for OMSI. Our production processes are based on advanced eco-friendly technologies and, in addition to choosing sustainable materials, we invest considerable funds and resources in the recycling of propylene and polyamide every year.
We can remove old seating and start the recycling process consisting of the following steps:
- washing the seating and separating the materials according to composition and technical properties
- grinding the material
- analysing the composition of the resulting flakes
- selling the flakes to manufacturers
- creating new objects from recycled plastic materials
This process is a concrete application of circular economy.

OMSI manufactures in Italy and promotes ITALIAN-MADE QUALITY worldwide. We use top-quality raw materials to make finished products of the highest standards. For this reason, all our suppliers are ISO 9001:2015 certified.
We employ modern, state-of-the-art machinery, using both injection and blow moulding technology.
Our highly specialised personnel can produce thousands of parts per day, always guaranteeing a high standard of quality. We test the mechanical resistance of our products to ensure that tests are true to life.
GLOBAL PRESENCE
You can find OMSI seats in sports facilities (stadiums, arenas, auditoriums, swimming pools, etc.) and in the most prestigious public and private facilities in Italy and worldwide.
For over 60 years we have been providing support to our customers wherever they are located, either directly or through our global worldwide network, to respond to their commercial and operational needs.
